THE best Star Wars movie, without a doubt. Irvin Kershner took the helm for this one, probably the best desicion directing-impaired George Lucas could ever have made. "Kersh", as Kershner was called by the cast and crew, may have brought in Empire 6 million dollars over budget and 10 weeks late, but the movie clearly shows the extra time and money was definitely worth it, considering that of the three movies to follow, only one would be even close to Empire's greatness (That movie being Attack of the Clones).
